Sankt Leon-Rot / Poznan, Germany, July 2025 – Expo Display Service is expanding its presence in Europe with the launch of a new full-service facility in Poland. This move enhances the company’s ability to support international exhibitors with faster turnaround times and greater in-house control across Central and Eastern Europe.

Originally opened in 2023 to manage warehousing and pre-assembly, the Polish operation has now scaled into a full production site of over 2,000 square meters. The upgraded facility can now handle complete exhibition stand design and build services under one roof, making it easier for global clients to exhibit seamlessly across the region.

“This facility gives us more flexibility and capacity to support international brands exhibiting in Europe,” said Ralf-Thomas Becker, Chief Executive Officer at Expo Display Service. “By expanding our operational base in Central Europe, we reduce delivery lead times, simplify logistics, and ensure consistent quality for our overseas clients.”

Located within reach of major venues such as Messe Berlin, Leipziger Messe, Messe Dresden, Brno Exhibition Centre, Messe Wien, and Bella Center Copenhagen, the new Polish facility allows for faster deliveries, more competitive pricing, and on-ground support for multiple European shows.

The new facility will be operational from August 2025 and will begin servicing select cities as part of a phased rollout. This expansion will also create learning and development opportunities for our team in Poland. Project and graphic management will continue to be handled centrally to ensure consistency across all locations.
