LOINTEK specialises in manufacturing equipment for petroleum and renewable energy industries. The company has a local presence at major countries and continues to expand its reach into new regions. Electrify Europe is one of the largest trade fairs for companies working in the energy industry. The trade fair offers a common platform for companies that are into large-scale energy supply. This includes creation and distribution of non-renewable ad renewable energy. This trade fair also hosts a discussion panel that is attended by imminent professionals from all over the world.
To participate at Electrify Europe, LOINTEK needed engaging exhibition stands in Vienna that will help them achieve their marketing goal and that is why they approached us. Expo Exhibition Stands accepted the responsibility of designing the exhibition stand for Electrify Europe in Vienna
LOINTEK is a well-known name within the energy industry. Their exhibiting strategy this year was to focus more on building relations with new investors. So, they commissioned Expo Exhibition Stands to build an exhibition booth that was modular and provided the space to hold multiple discussions with prospects. The company wanted an open design, so Expo went with an island booth:
Expo’s biggest challenge was to provide seclusion to staff members and visitors. To overcome this, they split the exhibition floor into three zones.
The first zone was a semi-closed meeting area build using modular walls and backlit fabric prints. This provided a private space where extended business discussions could be conducted.
The second and third zone was designed to be lounge areas where visitors could relax and engage in small talk and brief discussions.
For branding, a large 360-degree hanging banner was placed. This banner was complimented with walls embellished with backlight graphic walls at eye-level.
LOINTEK was satisfied with the booth and spent the entire trade fair engaging with multiple sponsors and stakeholders.
