1. Choose your design and request customisations
Pick your booth design from our exclusive design gallery of 900+ curated designs and request for customisations you need to match with your branding.
If you can’t find what you are looking for, we are more than happy to create an exclusive design for free and without obligation. Our customer success manager will understand your brand requirement and note even the minute details before building your booth.
2. Pre-build the booth for quality assurance
Once your design is finalised, our experts will pre-build your booth at one of our pre-building facilities with graphics, shelves, lights, and other accessories.
This is done to give you a preview of your stand weeks before the show for quality assurance.
The pictures of your fully-assembled stand are shared with you for your peace of mind. In case you are not happy with anything, we try our best to change it to ensure that you are happy with every bit of it.
3. Coordination with the organiser
Participating in trade shows in Europe comes with a lot of formalities like filling out multiple show forms to apprise the organiser about electricity supply, water supply and so on.
We fill out the show forms on your behalf and take care of the complete coordination with the organiser so that you can focus on achieving your trade show goals.
4. Deliver, set-up and dismantle
Finally, we deliver your booth at the fairground right in time and our onsite customer success manager ensures that your booth is installed and dismantled seamlessly.
